A ridge of high-pressure continues to build across the northern Caribbean with winds and seas increasing to support a Small Craft Advisory for a few hours today (from 4am to 1pm today). A brief shower or two may occur this afternoon as low-level convergence is possible with the moderate to fresh winds. Radar imagery shows no clouds or showers in or around the Cayman area.
Today: Mostly fair skies with a 20% chance of showers. Temperatures will rise to the upper 80's °F, with a heat index near 97°F. Winds will be easterly at 15 to 20 knots.
